Speed in only briefly to get information on a bushwalk, but they had what I needed and seemed to have lots of other information.

Lost and overwhelmed, the lovely people in the centre went out of their way to help us gather our thoughts and plan our travels ahead, even helping us book into accommodation along the way. Fresh off the ferry from Melbourne we felt right at home by the time we moved on. Made our visit, and our impression of Deloraine a very pleasant one.

Just visited to get information and was talking to 1 lady while the kids played in the corner quietly which was provided for customers to play and enjoy. The other lady after she finished serving with a room full of people run over to my daughter carrying on the "excuse me you have just ruined our game!!!" First of all you are there to serve and help people and to do your job and not be worried about some chess or backgammon game!! And second how dare you speak to my daughter like that! She is 7 years old and was just playing quietly when you came barreling at her making her cry as she had no idea what she had even done wrong! How extremely rude!!! Hope karma bites you on the bum!

Greeted by helpful information staff. Enjoyed an hour or so at the well maintained museum & exhibition. Great information provided.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a wonderful informative historical museum. Also included is a presentation and viewing of some beautifully made large textile artworks depicting the local area. Stunning! So glad we made the effort to stop in here.
